Why Me?
Because I’ve lived it – the martial path, the diagnosis, the burnout, the climb back up.
I know what it feels like to lose momentum, to face uncertainty, and to feel disconnected from your body, your purpose, or your power.
But I also know what it takes to rebuild – with effort, mindset, and movement.
I don’t preach. I practise.
I don’t have all the answers. But I share what’s real.
