Why Me?
Because I’ve lived it – the martial path, the diagnosis, the burnout, the climb back up.
I know what it feels like to lose momentum, to face uncertainty, to feel disconnected from your body or purpose.
But I also know what it takes to rebuild – with movement, mindset, and a bit of defiance.
I’m not here to teach.
I’m here to train.
And I share the journey as it happens – real, imperfect, and still kicking.
