Just like the training we have looked at in earlier paragraphs (martial artists, weight lifter, runner), the result is not immediate, bit rather, slow and steady. It takes from a few hours to several months to forge a traditional samurai sword (Katana). But when your life depends on it, is it really a decorative piece you want or a weapon ?
